The Challenge is over but your Health Journey has just Begun!

So now we have come to the end of what has been a very tough Workplace Challenge with weather problems etc! However, we have battled on through and produced some great results from the Leicester-Shire and Rutland area!
The 2018 Challenge has been a great success with almost 16,000 activities logged throughout the 8 weeks. This included 119 different workplaces and 506 different individuals. In total Leicestershire and Rutland have travelled 40.4k miles in 2018 through activities that have been logged, this saved a total of 3.4k kg of Co2 through active travel. This is brilliant work; let's keep this up throughout the whole of 2018!
It is important that you take time to reflect on what you have achieved during this years challenge and use these achievements to motivate you to keep on going! Don't let those great habits that you have picked up during the 8 week challenge drop away, keep setting yourself personal goals and keep going! 2018 is your year to be a new healthier you!
