10 Teams from across Leicestershire, Leicester City & Rutland, took part in the key stage 4, MLD & SLD Boccia Super-Series Finals which took place on the 15th April taking place at Loughborough University.

It was an early morning start for Team Rutland as they travelled over to Loughborough to take part in the county-wide finals. The competition was played in a round robin format with all teams playing eachother. Rutland faced 4 opponents from all over Leicestershire.

Team Rutland was made up of 3 players; Sam Burton, Sophie Garfoot and Bradley Herron. They were cheered on throughout the day from the Aiming high team, coach Amanda Mathers and the inclusion officer from the Active Rutland Team. They started strongly with a 3-1 win.
