Active At Home
We're now spending more time at home, which is why staying physically active and looking after your wellbeing is more important than ever. There are many ways that we can remain active in our homes and outside in your local area, whilst following social distancing guidelines.
There are lots of local instructors, clubs and organisations delivering virtual classes to help you stay active at home. Here you will find what local online classes you can get involved in, including fitness, dance and pilates. It's the perfect time to stay connected with regular sessions or to try something new.
